3. User Restrictions

All Property rights are Playa Mujeres Copyrights and/or in its case third party owners of the licenses of the software used on the Website.

Playa Mujeres and the User agree to submit to the laws of the Supreme Court of the State of Quintana Roo, Mexico, in order to attend any dispute related to the Agreement, both parties agree to renounce to any other legal entity that may apply in their locality. Playa Mujeres reserves the right to change the terms on this Agreement at any time and without prior notice, and the User agrees by simply using the Website. If the User is dissatisfied with this Agreement, he agrees to stop using the Website and its Services immediately.
